JR Homes is our new construction partner. JR Homes is a residential building company founded by John Ray. John Ray comes from a background in engineering which makes his attention to detail unmatched. He began in the construction business as a hands-on laborer and has worked every aspect of the building process. For over ten years, he has been overseeing the construction of thousands of quality built homes in Atlanta, Alabama and now the Augusta area. His goal is to build a better home at a better price than anyone else in the market. This comes without comprising the integrity of the building process and always using up-to-date and sustainable building products.

Our preferred builders are carefully chosen and have proven track records in Aiken. Builders are selected for their high quality of construction, ability to stay on schedule and budget, excellent client communication, and enthusiasm for incorporating green-building techniques.
Many of our builders have earned the designation of Master Builder of South Carolina. To achieve this distinction they must have at least five years' homebuilding experience, have participated in 20 hours of continuing education, provided seven letters of reference, assure one-year warranty on all their homes and provide their clients with a construction contract. Master builders maintain membership in the Home Builders Association.
